Another bad day in the McGawley Football Towers. Man United are ALSO out of the FA Cup. Beaten at Old Trafford by Swansea, 1 - 2. At least we`re both out of it I suppose :)

Bad day in the Villa Office.......Lost at HOME to Sheffield in the FA Cup. Total and utter disgrace. Can`t help but think that Lambert is useless and doesn`t have the dressing room under control, because this is woeful.

Went to the Chill Factor today to spend my North Face vouchers and money! Bonus ~ couldn`t use my credit note there,as they are a concession.....so they knocked 30 quid off my jacket, and I got to keep the voucher! Everyone`s a winner! Saw a brilliant rainbow on the way home too........Is our luck changing??????!!!!

Went for an 8 and a half miler in the Lakes taking in 4 Wainwrights. Was probably one of the windiest, muddiest, dampest, slippiest walks we have ever done! Red Screes, Middle Dodd, Little Hart Crag and HIgh Hartdop Dodd ~ bagged.

New Years Day and loads of football on!! Finally Villa get an away win at Sunderland. Bungle in their defense but Gabby capitalised on it and scored. 0 - 1 and 3 incredibly valuable points!!! Great start to the New Year :)

New Years Eve ~ staying in as it`s only 10 days until we go on holiday. so we bought loads of nibbles and watched crap tv.......:) Was obviously an okay night as we didn`t go to bed until 2am!!! Nice chilled way to spend it......

Still not heard anything on Blackburn, but think we won`t now until next week. So frustrating!! But on a positive note, my ITunes voucher arrived today from Relentless Energy so can go on a mini spending spree :) Yay !
