Still not right, but we had booked onto The Taste of Asia course at Cheshire Cookery School, and I didn`t want to miss out! Ended up being a really good day, though I was fighting anxiety all the time. We made Tom Yum Soup, Thai Green Curry and Fishcakes. All nice, but not sure we learnt anything...........Good, fun day none the less as the class was filled with funny, like minded people.
