Felt rubbish when I woke up, so immersed myself in the kitchen with the IPod and some fresh ingredients. Spent 3 wholly pleasant hours in there, making tomato soup, brocolli cheese pasta bake, mushroom bhajee and chilli chicken. All ready for our walk tomorrow, and dinner`s cooked to boot. Excellent day! .......Oh. And Villa are through to the 4th round of the FA Cup. 2 - 1 win against Ipswich :)
