Back on the health regime with a big bang! Did an hours exercise then sorted out the upstairs rooms that have been unloved for a while! Spent the rest of the day putting together menus and recipes.....then made this gorgeous Quorn and Vegetable Cottage Pie with steamed peppered cabbage. It was absolutely yummy and only 400 calories as the top was made with potato and parsnip. Looking forward to tomorrow`s chilli chicken :)
